A refreshing mix of select feminine conifers such as organic white pine and organic balsam fir add brightness and the scent of clean, crisp air. Monarda flower relieves stress and promotes positivity while white frankincense reduces tension and encourages slow breathing.

In Japan bathing is looked at as a time for self-reflection and as a meditative practice. Shower Mochi is the shower alternative to a relaxing fragrant bath and will bring you the same at-home bathing ritual experience in an easy to use aromatherapy tablet that works with the steam in your shower.

The Ritual

Pause, shut your eyes, and take a slow, deep breath. Read the story of the fragrance that is on the slip of rice paper tucked inside each box. Allow your soul and senses to be immersed in this experience.

Place a Shower Mochi tablet on the shower floor partially in the direct stream of water. The more water comes in contact with Shower Mochi, the faster it will dissolve. Allow the shower to fill up with fragrance while you breathe deeply and relax.
