2017 Holiday Shipping:
All orders placed before 11:00 AM EST  will ship that day. Any orders placed after this time will ship first thing the following business day. Free shipping is sent via USPS priority and usually arrives withing 2-3 business days.

We also have expedited same day shipping and overnight shipping options (rates are as listed below), both with an 12:00 PM cutoff.
Shipping:
Most orders will ship the following business day. Certain products, such as our gifts sets, are made to order and may require an extra day or two.
We are pleased to offer free priority shipping on all domestic orders of $40.00 or more.
All other shipping charges are as follows:
  • Flat rate 2 day priority domestic shipping of $6.99 on orders below $40.00
  • Express expedited domestic shipping is $25.00
  • Overnight domestic shipping is available for $50.00
 
International Shipping:
Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $25.00
We ship outside the US & Canada via USPS for a flat rate of $39.00.  
Please note that shipping charges do not include international duties or customs. All applicable taxes and duties will be paid by the customer and are due to the carrier. Contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. Please note that customs clearnce speed is dependat on the country being shipped to. USPS items can be held in customs for up to 30 days.

Returns:
Due to the custom made, intimate, personal nature of our products and the subjective nature of fragrance, without exception, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on general dissatisfaction. 
We want you to love Amayori and encourage you to call or email us at any time to discuss our fragrances and products. No question is too big or too small – we are always happy to hear from you.
We gladly will include fragrance samples with any order. Please add your request to the notes section during checkout or email us at customercare@amayori.com
Please contact us withing 7 days of receipt for assistance with damaged items. We will gladly replace them or refund your card.
