Ritual & Inspiration
Forest Hot Spring evokes the experience of slipping into warm water surrounded by trees, earth, and the scent of the forest. Begin with the Aromatic Body Wash, then soak with the Forest Hot Spring Bath Salts. Use the Misting Essence throughout, and finish with the Multi-Use Oil on damp skin. The ritual can also be enjoyed in the shower by simply washing, misting, and applying the oil. However you choose to use Forest Hot Spring, allow yourself to be supported while you make the ritual your own.
Creator’s Notes
About four years before creating Forest Hot Spring, I moved deep into a redwood forest just outside San Francisco, fortunate to find a home with a deep soaking tub overlooking towering redwoods and Douglas firs. Living and bathing among these trees changed the way I experience the forest. What I once understood from observation became part of my everyday life. The trees have taught me to slow down, to notice the rhythms of nature, and to understand how soothing simply seeing, smelling, and being among them can be.
They also changed the way I understand the scent of a forest. It is so much more than pine. There is damp earth and wood, green foliage, resin, and a subtle sweetness that emerges on warm days. Forest Hot Spring is my expression of these many nuances, and a way of sharing some of the beauty of the forest I now call home.

Deepen the Experience
Forest Hot Spring is designed to support the body and mind during times of stress, helping create a sense of calm, grounding, and ease.
If you can, open a window and let fresh air into the room. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and imagine yourself standing in a beautiful forest. Don’t force the image. Let your mind take you where it wants to go. Feel the ground beneath your feet, the trees around you, and the sense of stepping away from technology, noise, and the worries of the outside world.
Afterward, linger in that feeling. Make a cup of tea, read a book, or simply rest for a while without your phone or computer. Let nature, even imagined, help you slow down, settle, and return to yourself.
