Some of these things include brushing our teeth, taking a shower, applying face care products, etc. One of the areas that often gets put aside when we have less time is our bodies. In my late 20’s, I shared an apartment with a woman who was the quintessential California girl. She was “all-American,” pretty and natural. She always looked fresh and glowed with happiness when she smiled. Enjoying an Evening Alone

I love my husband. He is my best friend in the world and I enjoy every moment we spend together. That said, when he's traveling, I do enjoy (and even look forward to) my alone time.  Following is my ritual for an evening alone. I hope this inspires you to take some time and treat yourself next time you have the evening to yourself. I look forward to this ritual every time. First, I make a dinner that requires little to no cleaning. I eat a very clean diet and I'm not really an "order-in" person, so I usually treat myself to an Amy's Organics rice crust pizza. Zen Morning Spa Water

I love making spa water and am always trying new things. Recently, I came up with a version using many of the ingredients that are used in Amayori’s Zen Morning fragrance. Blood oranges won’t be in season for much longer but you can always leave these out or use regular oranges. When making spa water, try to buy organic as the peels are soaking in your water should be pesticide free. If you can’t find organic, just shave off as much of the peel as you can.
