Refund policy

Bath and Body Care Products:

Due to the custom-made, intimate, personal nature of our products and the subjective nature of fragrance and aromatherapy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on opened products. Unopened products may be exchanged for store credit if we are notified within five business days. If you are unsure on which fragrance to choose, we highly suggest ordering the Fragrance Sample Set.
Japanese Bathing Accessories, Yukata Robes, Diffusers, and Books:

All products outside of the Amayori line can be exchanged for store credit only.

Please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your order. All products must be returned to us in unused, salable condition with all original packaging and tags in place. Please note that if there are any signs of use, stains, or smells such as perfume, smoke, food, etc., we will not honor the exchange.
