Staying Grounded with Self-Care Rituals

As the world is coming back to life I’ve noticed changes in myself, and I’m sure many of you have experienced the same things. Lately, I have spent more time refreshing my wardrobe, refreshing my beauty products, working out more – the list goes on. It’s almost overwhelming. The past year and a half have pretty much been a makeup-free, ultra-casual hiatus. Rather than try to overanalyze it, I say celebrate what we are walking into. It brings tears to my eyes to think about how this is a second chance at life.

Over the past few weeks, I have found my self-care rituals with Amayori’s products changing a bit. Though my baths have not been as frequent, the ones that I do take are long and languorous. Soon, we will have less time again. But as we move forward, I urge you to take a moment to pause and remember the lessons learned. The rituals you’ve created and the care that you’ve been giving yourself are just as important during this transitional time as they were last year. Take time to take care of yourself. Take time to stay grounded.
